Had a great experience. My 9 week old got her ears pierced and both ladies were so nice and helpful and gave good information about the after care!
The ladies were great about explaining everything to my daughter and I. She never cried and her nerves melted away with Kathryn and Teri (sp?). We opted for the numbing cream. Wonderful experience for my daughter and I. She hasn't stopped smiling since we first walked thru the door.
We took our 4m old in today - she was a champ. Although she did cry some, the ladies here did great work and were super nice and very detail oriented. Say no to pierce guns. Say yes to needles.
We had a great experience! My 4 year old daughter got her ears pierced. The ladies were great explaining the process, showed her the tools. It was over before she knew it! The lobby is cute and clean, a coloring area for kids. Highly recommend for your littles!
I can’t say enough good things about this piercing place. It’s located in a cute house in Old Town Spring. When we walked in, we were greeted by the incredibly warm Katherine. Every business should have a Katherine welcoming customers. She was kind, personable, informative, patient, and bubbly.
