I cracked a lens in my Raybans sunglasses. Pretavoir replaced them with new official lenses very quickly and fitted them for me. They kept me in the loop throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

This is the only company I’ve dealt with where the employees are consistently polite, professional, and respectful. Even when a mistake occurs, they are quick to resolve the issue. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Martin and Jenny, for their outstanding customer service.
Well cared for glasses just fell of my face after a year, they declined warranty leaving me with a very expensive paperweight. Do not shop with these clowns if you value customer service & after care ease of claims!!! Ridiculous.
The product was just as described. The delivery was excellent and the website is great to use. The experience was so good I bought a second pair of sunglasses from them within the same week. I will be using the website for future purchases without doubt.
