we found a hidden injury on my parent. It was terrible. Nobody would call 911 to take my parent to the hospital the arm was purple f and black A family member called 911 and took my parent to the hospital. It was discovered my parent had a fractured right shoulder for God knows how long, we thought we could trust this facility for caring for my parent, this was June 2023.This has traumatized the whole family, The facility hurried and moved my parent to another facility. Why?
