Had an insurance claim they knew this from day 1 while my roof went on in 1 day and it looks nice the harassment while waiting on the insurance check to be signed and sent back from mortgage company was ridiculous! Then when Trey the owner came to my job to collect the check he was beyond RUDE to me. Beware of this company! One of my vehicles got a flat tire from their roofing nail and no offer to replace the tire was made. The daily HARASSMENT while we waited on the insurance check to be endorsed and returned by the mortgage company (WES was made of aware of this from the start) was enough to say buyer beware they are NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau and I see why. The owner Trey was rude to my wife when he collected the check he told her that he could finally pay his mortgage. I am a 70 year old female disabled senior and Prestoroof co. Did a Repair to my roof after having a $10000.roof put on one one my other buildings and an additional $750.00 both cash to repair a roof. Well now that they have my money Tray the owner of the company refused to come back out to service his work and the roof is leaking , steaming through my ceiling when it rains. Had all new shingles put on roof. Looks awesome! Crew was great, cleaned up everything afterwards. Wes was a pleasure to work with, very polite & understanding. And patient with my nagging questions.. lol! Would recommend 🙂
