I ordered flowers on February 13th to be delivered to my sister the next day. The lady who took my order told me they had over 100 orders that weren’t made yet but she could take my order and it would be delivered before 3. Purchased a bouquet of flowers to be delivered for Valentine’s Day on February 13th. Got a call at 8am on Valentine’s Day saying the flowers couldn’t be delivered because it was too far (I’m 10 miles from the store and had already paid for delivery). What was ordered and what was delivered were two completely different things! The order delivered to a funeral is sparse with only ONE of the flowers pictured on the web page in the arrangement. ONE! I even wrote special instructions to PLEASE make it look like the one pictured. They failed...miserably! Make a few bucks today to lose thousands tomorrow. Not a great business plan!
