The day before Thanksgiving, I bought a new silver-belly cowboy hat and Mr. Preston himself custom shaped the rodeo crown for me into one of my preference. The staff was very friendly, exceedingly helpful in detailing all the products and the overall impression I was left with was one of a top-notch retailer that really knows the business. They carry every single thing a cowboy or cowgirl could possibly want and I give 'em five stars!!!

Just recently purchased a pair of boots at the tent sale. Had a small issue with them that most people wouldn't have worried about but I noticed it every time I looked at them. Took them back down there and was introduced to Mr. Pat Preston and no doubt he won my continued business. He no questions asked offered to replace them with another similar pair or try and order some identical to what I had purchased. Within less than a week they had me a new pair and had me fixed up.
