This plumber did a great job, very efficient, friendly. But apparently they are mould experts and can assess a property well enough within 15 minutes, whilst changing a washer, to report professionally back to our agents that's the house has no black mould, causing me ridicule in front of a forum of people. This isn't acceptable.
Honestly if Carlsberg did plumbing .. have been a customer for a number of years and no matter who from the team comes out to service the boiler & heating or to fix any issues or fit taps etc, it’s always great service. Selfishly I’m a little reluctant to review in case they get too busy ;) but credit where it’s due I very much appreciate them always turning up when they say they will or keeping me updated if any delays and they always explain any work and what’s needed and why. Thanks Paul & Co!
