Dr. Waldrop is competent and personable. He was extremely kind and patient in answering multiple questions regarding my upcoming knee surgery. One of my closest friends is a physical therapist. She insisted I see Dr. Waldrop for my arthritic knee because she trusts him more than any other orthopedic doctor in Roanoke. That was enough of an endorsement for me!
Front desk did not have my appt. scheduled, but offered to work me in with my Dr. Waited 45 minutes to wait another 15 in the room. But, Dr Waldrop is worth the wait. He is excellent at explaining his diagnosis, the treatment explanation, and has a great bedside manner and personality. Only Dr. I see at Lewis-Gale. Have switched all others.
Excellent care along with clear communication throughout the process
Dr. Waldrop is very personable and thorough. Takes his time to listen and checks every concern you have. So glad I was able to get in with him.
