We've been taking our two Japanese Spitzes to the clinic for a few years now and every single appointment has been incredibly professional & friendly. Robin and his team are so thoughtful and passionate about our pets — it's a huge comfort. We consider ourselves to lucky to have such an exceptional vet clinic in our neighbourhood.

We’ve been taking our dog to Preston Vet for years and have always felt well looked after by the vets and nurses. Dr Robin and his team have helped our dog through multiple issues with genuine care and professionalism. We are so appreciative and grateful for their support over the years.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The vet clinic is fantastic, and Dr Robin is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I've taken my cat, Gavrosha, to this clinic three times. As a new cat owner, I often seek Dr Robin’s advice, and he always provides the best guidance while explaining cat behaviours. I can't thank Dr Robin enough for his kindness; he is a very trustworthy veterinarian.
