Doctor robin was amazing with our little shitzu gizmo he presented with standard gastro symptoms as the week went on he got progressively worse and was hospitalized at the vet robin made sure to inform us every step of the way to insure we remained calm and less worried when gizmo returned home robin called us every morning and night for almost a week checking in on gizmo and his progress we have never had a vet that has cared so much about his patients gizmo has now made a full recovery and is running around like his old se... read more

Short version: Misdiagnosed my cat, terrible communication, apathetic attitude from staff. I took my cat here as he needed an ultrasound and x-ray and his regular vet wasn't able to fit him in as soon as we wanted. The vet we first saw was cold in demeanour and I believe took down incorrect notes, stating that my cat had been vomiting a lot when I stressed that he had only done so once in the last month. My cat trembled in her carrier for two hours in a cold waiting room with jumping dogs, whilst expensive blood tests ($350) were run in a queue a mile long, which detected progressing kidney disease (the number 1 killer of senior cats). The vet termed this as 'a bit' and 'normal' for a older cat. The cost for that first and only appointment was over $600. My beloved cat died 2 months later of kidney failure.
