I have had nothing but issues since purchasing my vehicle there on 5-19-25. My radio was supposed to be replaced and was never ordered. I also still do not have my vehicle registration. I keep getting the run around for this. I did go there last Thursday, July 10th, 2025, to get my new radio put in, and was there for 3 1/2 hours with no radio. Took my deposit for one car, to be delivered shortly, then bait and switched for another car to be delivered in 1 month, then bait and switched that to 2 months, and when I found another vehicle with another dealer, refused to return my deposit. ****** when giving deposit.
Zero star Preston Toyota of New Castle sold me a Jeep Liberty on 7/19/2022 which I regret buying. They blatantly lied and took advantage of an older black woman. The Jeep was unsafe, which I found out during the hour drive from New Castle to **********. The Halfshaft was missing a bolt the Jeep was all over place making the loud noise. I was terrified.
