We’ve had a really disappointing experience with this Toyota dealership. First, our company car registration was cancelled because the dealer never informed us that the vehicle was only registered for one year. Since we had also moved house, we didn’t receive the renewal notice from VicRoads. When we raised this issue, we were told there would be no goodwill assistance - even though the lack of disclosure directly caused the situation and we now have to pay over $360 for a roadworthy inspection to re-register the car, on top... read more
