The staff is super friendly and kind, very personable. Had a decent experience, but it took over 4 hours to get the truck we wanted. Paperwork was already filled out and discussed ahead of time, all we had to do was write the check. This was very last minute for us as our truck was wrecked only a few days before, so at first we were more than thankful they could even help us.
