Preston Kia always does a great job! I just took my Kia in for routine maintenance and as always, I was greeted with a smile. Dean Pulsford was my service advisor and he explained everything that was being done to my Sportage and also included the things that will need to be done at future appointments. I have had my vehicle for almost a year and Preston Kia still goes above and beyond to make sure I’m still happy with my purchase.
Every employee I met at Preston KIA was kind and friendly. I was impressed when I received a video (while in a Burton coffee shop) from my Service Advisor, Sean Miller, which showed inspection issues and his recommendations. Also, Sean offered to drive my wife and me into town as the regular driver was at lunch.
Bill and Scottie worked very hard to make my dream come true. Preston made a customer for life. 6 months from start to finish and well worth the wait
I've taken my vehicles to Preston Chevy for a few years now. The service department has always been rated a 10 plus to me!! Starting with the service writer, Adam Brown, down to each mechanic that has worked on my vehicles. I've had multiple types of vehicles in for services, and Adam addresses each vehicle per the manufacturer specs for each make and model of mine.
I needed some work done on an older Kia Soul. My adviser was Hannah Foster and she did a great job explaining what would be done and keep me advised with updates as my vehicle also needed a recall performed. Thanks Hannah John Lutsch
