Very unhappy with Preston and Simons..... – Horrible service. My father passed away suddenly and as you can imagine, planning a funeral is very hard emotionally. The lady working the desk at Preston and Simons was very rude and unthoughtful. She showed no compassion or care. My father asked to be cremated, which we did through Preston and Simons.
