I’ve been a customer of Preston Road Plumbing for close to 10 years. Randy is knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair. I feel totally comfortable leaving the house to run a quick errand while he’s working on a job. He’s my go-to plumber and has rescued us in a couple of emergencies. Randy has a very loyal following in the Richardson, Plano, North Dallas area for a reason.
I had a plumbing job to fix my water heating system. They came twice and fixed the problem for 2 hours and than the problem arises again. I really am disappointed by the service and will refrain from using this service again.
