I used this practice for two years and received great care - until I had a baby. While there for over an hour my son cried for approximately 10 minutes. (He's a baby it's not like I can control it and he's too young to go to daycare). At my follow-up visit I was shamed by the nurse for having brought my son with me based on his fussiness on my last visit. I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally.
