The service included checking the system and going over the components that normally need attention during regular maintenance. I liked getting a better idea of the condition of the equipment instead of waiting until something stopped working. Our ac has been out since Tuesday. Preston reeves installed our ac 7/2021 and we are already having issues. Brock came out on Wednesday said he would be out to replace the valve no later then today I have called and texted several times and no responses to any of them. Poor customer service miss Preston Reeves wish he would come back to work. I do not recommend Brock for any ac work
