Preston is by far the best of the best. Not only is he supremely knowledgeable and perceptive, but he is also kind and personable. He has always been extremely helpful in ways that are above and beyond the scope of his duties. His intellect is only surpassed by his genuine care about (and for) his patients.
This NP is the worst medical professional I've ever seen. My experience with him went beyond a bad bedside manner. It was abusive. So much so that I filed a complaint with Patient Services at Univ of Kansas Medical. They were very responsive and contacted me immediately. An administrator called me later the very same day and told me that they were "transferring him out". From what I can gather, that's the hospitals way of letting me know they took action without violating non-disclosure policies. And that's fine. I just hope... read more
