I really enjoy living here. So beautiful absolutely serenity!!
I have made several complaints about the management not taking action with the teenagers roaming around selling drugs or having their weed man do drop offs. The teenagers will vandalize run around the parking lot and leave messes. Then you have the younger kids with NO parental supervision playing ball in the freaking parking lot. This is one a huge hazard and Two very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Yes kids will be kids but the parents need to take them to a park or somewhere else to get their energy out and the teens too!... read more
I have had only 1 phone call returned to me out of 50 or more over 2 years. Asked for service over a week ago and was told to call maintenance person. Never got a call back and he has never been here. The day after I left the message Emerald removed it as having been taken care of and it still hasn’t. The service here is HORRIBLE!!!!!
The new property manager is very organized and helpful! When she came Preston pointe was a mess that the old manager Laura made and she is getting everything together while working the office alone!!!!! The maintenance man is cool and professional. I hope they both stay with us for a long time.
