On Friday the sales rep went to the extra effort helping me to find a tip for my hand carved cane. I told her not to bother but she insisted saying she would find one and did! She offered great customer care and although a small item I would never go anywhere else. Thank you.
I had a wonderful experience with Preston Home Medical Supplies in Jacksonville. My mother's rollator needed repairs, and their team was able to fix it quickly and at a very reasonable price. It was refreshing to find a company that focuses on helping customers rather than simply selling new equipment. What impressed me most was their extensive selection of mobility equipment.
