I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by your practice. It is practically impossible to get a same-day appointment. Despite instructions to call at 8:30 a.m., I am often already 30th in line, and I am told that no more patients can be seen. I have also experienced a complete lack of understanding of patients’ needs. Had a telephone conversation with doctor today. She was absolutely amazing. So reassuring and understanding. Credit to her profession. Came off phone and felt she’d listened and understood exactly what I am going through. Thank you so much to that special doctor

I called GP and was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes. In that time, I washed the dishes, vacuumed the living room and kitchen, changed my son’s bedsheets, cleaned the toilet, and cooked dinner. All while your magical automated voice kept insisting there was just “one person ahead of me.” Seriously? If this is how you define customer service, you might want to redefine the word service.
