Folks in the Service Department are very kind and helpful. Was working in the area and needed a WiFi connection to upload a couple reports. They happily obliged and allowed me to sit in the A/C in the lobby. Thank you!

Contact service is terrible - tried to contact the service department regarding a question related to warranty. Listened to aggravating music, and promotion messages for over thirty minutes, finally got transferred to Service Dept. and a recording said to "Please Leave a Message!!"
