Concise and impactful: I had a very disappointing experience with Preston Medical Specialists. During our first visit, my son was prescribed medication without proper review of his blood results, which was very concerning. Although one appointment started well, the overall service was poor. I saw Dr Nick Russell twice, and both times left feeling completely dismissed and defeated. Despite bringing him clear evidence of a steady decline in my hormone levels backed by multiple blood tests, he brushed it all off and tried to pin it on depression. Instead of investigating, he suggested I get a mental health plan — as if that would somehow fix clear medical symptoms.
