I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Sophia Preston for a free consultation phone conversation. I was inquiring about first and third party special needs trust for someone on Medicaid. It evidently sparked a discussion amongst her colleagues too. The end result was that I need to consult with an attorney in the state of Oregon. But I must say if anyone is in need of legal services for special needs trusts, please call this firm.
Had our living trust done with them back in 2021. It was an easy process.

I. had a bad experience today. The receptionist was really rude and hung up on me when I asked if this firm was the same as Preston Estate Planning. I was just curious as it actually didn't matter to me if they were the same. When I called back to ask why she did, she simply stayed quiet and put me on hold. Not a very good first impression :-(!
