In the past we had used Col and Denise who were fantastic conveyancers- could not fault them. Unfortunately, the last two dealings (buying and selling) with Madison Fry have been horrific. There was no communication or responses to our enquiries until the very last minute, which then becomes an urgent matter. Final numbers were delivered at 12 PM on settlement date with an expectation for an immediate response. We nearly lost settlement due from her actions. Avoid at all costs.
