Everything was great
Took Kia Optima in for engine light and rough running. Dropped at 0745, was told diagnosis should take 1hour will call, called at 11:00 not heard from Tech, call back when They have something? Got news at 4:30pm needs spark plugs, poor performance #4 cylinder quoted $495 +tax. 0900 next day car done engine light resolved total with tax and shop supplies $570.01….. Total paid at pickup $587.11….
Dean consistently is friendly and helpful for the entire repair process, from dropping off my car through picking it up. My last service (as of writing this review) was June 2026. Dean provides clear explanations for the needed repairs. I wait for my car, and Dean always offers to take me to the town square. I walk instead, but on a previous occasion, when the weather provided a downpour, I accepted his offer for a ride. (Note: I've consistently had good experiences with each person who checked me in.)
