Make sure you save and download all documents for service and repairs, you will probably need it when they claim they did not repaint your vehicle in the spot where the clear coat and paint came off after a hand wash.

This is the 7th car I purchased from Preston Kia. My usual sales guy who was also good was out sick when I was purchasing a new vehicle. My daughter who also buys hers cars from Preston Kia, she suggested I talk to Tom. I have to say Tom is an exceptional sales person at Preston Kia! On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 15. He is polite, courteous and goes the extra mile to help. I would highly recommend anyone to reach out to Tom when purchasing a new Kia.
