I will never buy another car through Preston again. I purchased my Kia Telluride 2 years ago. When I purchased my car it was used pre certified and I also bought the extended warranty. My Kia is having oil consumption issues they did the over night test and the pvc, which my warranty covered. I was putting oil in my car every 800 miles now after they touched my car I am putting oil on my car every 400 miles and my check engine light is on. Just want to say wow! I brought my car in for a detail. It was in terrible shape, I should have taken pictures of the before. I was embarrassed bringing it in because it was so dirty. These guys got me in for a same day appointment and did a fantastic job and got the car back to me by the time I needed it! When I got it back my jaw dropped!
