Had a great experience with some much work on my Kia engine. My advisor, Sean, was more than helpful in explaining the intracacies of the work done. Answered all of my questions. Best part was the friendly team who went above and beyond.

Had an oil change done in my girlfriend's car. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes. So much for the express service they advertise. I was outside when it was done and pulled it up front and waited for over 40 minutes after that for the paperwork and to get rang out. When I expressed that I wasn't happy to the service person taking care of me he told me he was to positive of a person and didn't seem to care that the extra 40 plus minutes now messed up my schedule! I found it very easy to schedule an appointment within my schedule, and was greeted the moment I pulled in! There staff and technicians are always so friendly, while I waited in the waiting area with plenty of snacks and drinks available at no cost! It's always been a great experience, thanks so much!
Would not recommend. After a routine oil change all of the oil leaked out, I assume because of a failure to replace the bottom cap correctly, requiring me to return and possibly having caused damage to the vehicle. And since then one employee (the owner possibly?) has approached me and harassed me for using one of the EV chargers they let customers use. As if I wasn't a customer.
