I used to work for Preston Industries (Harvard James) and had to quit due to non-payment! This guy keeps a rotating door of so-called handymen... Anyone can get a job with this guy, he doesn't conduct any background checks, nor does he confirm "new hire's" skills or tools. I witnessed several unsatisfied customer complaints first hand. James is very unprofessional and his credentials are suspect to say the least.
