As a long time customer, I am very disappointed in the service I received. I had my car inspected and the documents described my tires in the yellow block, however, another document said I failed the inspection bc of my tires. I paid $28 for the inspection and went to get tires elsewhere. Therefore, to come back the next day would cost me the full $40 to reinspect my car. Why would I travel 45 min to pay again?
