Customer service: terrible. Cost: average, although they once claimed I might have to pay more due to rising materials cost (not my problem). Only got to about 95% project completion, there is still mortar splatter all over the front entryway and many areas of incomplete paint, among other things. I mean I got my dream home out of this deal but the heartache and work I had to put in ALMOST makes it seem not worth it. Wouldn't recommend.

Preston Homes The guy named Preston from Preston Homes who came to do my estimate on my house was a very rude man who is not even from Nevada. I was BORN & RAISED in Reno, NEVADA!! He came to my house & didn’t even measure the house like a past house advisor did. I’m glad I found a new company to remodel our house, because Preston is a joke. 2 days later he emails me and says he is busy so can’t do work with us!
