This place has completely changed my life this last year. I have lived in some of the WORST complexes ever and Preston Hollow came to the rescue. I cannot begin to tell you how quiet it is here. I never hear my neighbors except for maybe a door slamming. That doesn't even compare to what I had to go through at my previous apartments. The grounds are very well kept, the staff is the best, maintenance is nice but not quick at fixing things, neighbors are beyond friendly. DON'T BE FOOLED. Preston Hollow is definitely the best LOOKING apartment complex in the area, but looks are short lived. If you have kids that you'd ever like to play outside, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They'll have to play in the road because the grass is covered in dog poo and pee. I wouldn't dare touch ANY of the grass because it is all COVERED in dog feces. The management threatens to give $200 tickets to anyone who leaves their dog poop on the grass, but they're in the office all day and haven't ever caught anyone. IF you don... read more
