I just want to say that I have heard a lot of neg things about Preston Hicks, like he is arrogant, and self absorbed, but also heard that he was a good lawyer. I called to ask a simple question about jurisdiction and got asked if I wanted to come in and pay for a consultation, then when I stated that I had only 1 question they put me on hold for 5 or more minutes. They never came back to the phone. I guess that's the way they deal with people that don't have a lot of money.
