We wanted to have some pavers and a water feature installed in our yard. We called Preston Greenhouse and visited the business, set an appointment before Memorial Day to them to visit our home. They were going to plan the work and give us an estimate. Here it is 5 weeks later and multiple phone calls and no estimate. They didn’t even call with extenuating circumstances or to say our job is too small for them.
