I recently took my truck to Preston GMC Service Center for a water pump replacement, which ended up being quite expensive at $500 even though I supplied the part. While I hoped the high cost would reflect quality service, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Although my truck was running perfectly fine before I brought it in, it was returned to me with a serious issue.
