this place is infuriating. i haven't been there in a long time and i didn't have huge issues w dr preston but his receptionist (whom i believe is/was his wife?) sucks. they literally never answer the phone so it's impossible to get ahold of them. and the last time i was there i drove 30 mins (because they don't answer calls) to request my medical records as i needed them for another dr and they denied me with the excuse that they don't release records to patients for "security purposes). um absolutely not! that my dear is a ... read more

Unable to get anyone to call me back for almost 3 months to get the results of my testing. Really frustrated by this. I've called close to every day, paid a service to look for an email address, and even dropped by the office more than once to find it locked and dark. I just want what I paid for! Update: after I officially filed a complaint with the AL Board of Psychology (and that Board to get in touch w Preston’s office) to get a copy of my test results. I don't understand how this practice is still in business. They lose paperwork and they never answer phone calls or return voicemails. I had some screening done there and still don't know what my results are. That screening was performed almost **3 years ago**. I had to physically go into their office to even get somebody to talk to me about it. Turns out, they lost a whole 7 page questionnaire packet that I filled out and gave me another one to spend several hours filling out a second time. It's just a pretty second- or thi... read more
