My mother bought a veichle here and no one seems to be giving her a direct answer as to where her registration or perm plates are. She has called multiple times. My brother called once and they keep saying "next week". Legal actions are now being taken due to the fact no plates nor registration could be found at this place. It seems to me making their commision cut is all they care about. I would not recommend going here. Eugene Kim was the representative that sold the car to my mom. DO NOT GO HERE!
Absolutely awesome service! Started with Eugene, he made the whole process very easy and pleasant, Pierce hooked me up big time with my trade in, and finally Emmanuel had great patience while we tried to get my bank to cooperate! Highly recommend this dealership!
This Ford dealership had the friendliest staff I with whom I've worked. I took my car in for an oil change and it was completed before the time quoted to me. They have always been friendly to me.
in general i just find car dealerships depressing, i had to take our truck for a recall update. This used to be Liberty Ford, it is nice but good luck finding a place to park. They do have free coffee and hot chocolate in the service dept. as well as a TV tuned to stupid game shows. Well, at least it's not CNN.
