Ist class organization. Their outreach, sales, and service departments are integrated into a well oiled machine that delivers professional, friendly and fair service. My initial problem with my purchase was quickly resolved. My salesman (CJ) even reaches out to me periodically to ensure I remain a happy camper and aware of any opportunities that may benefit me. Im a customer for life.
Outstanding service, polite and professional, received a video of my undercarriage, received recommendation to prep me for my next visit, washed my vehicle, kept me updated. All was done in the expected timeframe I was given when I checked in!!! I highly recommend this Preston Supervisor. I will forever purchase and service my vehicles here! Thank you to each and everyone of you for the multiple spectacular experience.
Edit on 5/9/2025: I guess I have been a sucker. I had a transmission flush with Preston last week. I came back in this week for repairs they found during last week’s maintenance. I asked them to check the transmission because the shifting didn’t feel changed. They said the fluid was gooey and black..and tried to give the speech about needing a flush…they back pedaled.
