Saw Dr Simon Wilson for vasectomy made me feel very comfortable and made the process easy like it was nothing would highly recommend Dr Simon if you where considering this procedure
The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The doctors I've seen (Dr Smith and Dr Ragupahty) are thorough and listen to what you're experiencing, which makes you feel comfortable and validated.
I have been attending the clinic for many years and have always found the team very helpful in every way. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Maisie the receptionist wanted to lie to Dr Le about my daughter not having an appointment with the specialist. The specialist required the written referral to triage before the appointment was made. This led to a disagreement between us where Maisie became condescending when I spoke up and stood my ground. Appalling behaviour yet again by a receptionist at this clinic. Makes me extremely proud for the service I provide in a similar role
