Dr Oleta and Dr Lauren are amazing!! The place itself is also amazing, except for the two front desk girls. I only caught one of their names, Ashley, they weren’t welcoming at all. I had a few questions regarding my visit and they looked at me like I was crazy. It made me very uncomfortable. Will be cancelling my next appointment and finding a more welcoming establishment.
This location has no control over their own Patient Portal. Impossible to upload documents. Impossible to upload or enter prescriptions. So they email me copies of forms to fill out the Morning of the Tele visit? Im at work. On a construction site. No possible way to do it. If I cant trust your office to do the right thing, why woukd I trust you with my health? And this was for a new patient. A tele visit? For a new Patient? Absolutely unheard of.
Absolutely love Oleta and her staff been seeing her for over six years and the care continues to be amazing. Her bedside manner is top notch, and I love that her staff reflects the same. It makes going to the doctor a lot easier and more comfortable she listens and gets to the root of the problem. She is the best.
Went for an annual as a new patient a few months ago and had to wait almost 45 minutes to see the NP. They told me to go back for a lab test since I needed to fast. I did that the next morning, got my lab work done and waited a week to see the results on my online chart. The results were just numbers with no explanation and notes from the provider. I’ve been going to Ms. Oleta since I was a kid back in Dallas, and I absolutely love Celina HealthCare The doctors here always show so much respect and kindness. They have great manners, treat me with care, and always make me feel safe and comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Health.
