Oh my goodness, I sat on my glasses and was devastated. Popped into my local optometrist and asked if they could repair said specs? They sure did and refused payment. What a lovely start to my day, thanks 😊
I made my booking online got to the store and Anastase was absolutely spot on check my eyes and I needed new glasses and explained what type I needed and I was a happy customer. He will be my optometrist from now on..

Sadly, my experience at Preston Eye Care was dismal to say the least: upon arrival on 30th January 2026 there was no greeting smile and neither was there a smile or friendly overture during the whole eye test. Twice they urged me to take on the extra test which is not bulk-billed and twice I rejected this extra test. Upon choosing which frames to purchase, which are expensive mind you, starting from $200, I noticed that the only pair I did like were crooked, with one lens frame higher than the other. Ive been going to this eye care clinic for 25 years even my kids from the first time till today the staff are amazing the quality service the atmosphere makes U feel at home and dedication from my doctor "Anastase Kalamovrakas" is 100% thank U. I highly recommend this eye care clinic to the world.
