I had an uncomfortable experience at this clinic on Friday 19 of December due to rude and aggressive behaviour from reception staff. The receptionist was polite to other patients, but her attitude changed when dealing with me. When I was leaving, she spoke to me in an aggressive tone with inappropriate facial expressions, which made me feel unwelcome and distressed. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this clinic.

Preston Doctors Clinic has been looking after my family for nearly four years, and Dr Ahmed Al-Haidary and his team have become an important part of our lives. They’ve supported us through some tough periods with genuine care and consistency. The staff know what they’re doing and they treat you with respect. This is a practice you can rely on, and we would recommend it without hesitation.
Professional staff and Dr Al-Haidary was excellent in providing care.
