I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was unwelcoming and had a poor attitude. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. When I saw the doctor, the consultation was extremely brief and didn’t make sense to me. Dr Ahmed is so attentive and helpful, and the reception staff are so kind and warm. One of the best practices I’ve been to with such exceptional service everytime.
I’ve had such a great experience at this clinic. From the moment you walk in, the staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The clinic is always clean, well-organized, and runs on time which is so rare these days. Dr Ahmed takes his time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. I’ve recommended this clinic to my family and friends, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re looking for quality care in a welcoming environment, this is the place to go.
Dr Ahmed Al-Haidary has been my Dr for the last 14 years and I can’t remember having a more thorough and informative GP. Above that he is a genuinely caring person with a great sense of humour, that makes every visit a great experience. I highly recommend Dr Ahmed.
