We were very happy with the appointment, the procedure, and the overall care provided by Dr Ahmed Al-Haidary and his team. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care and compassion. Dr Ahmed took the time to explain the procedure, answer our questions, and ensure we felt comfortable and informed. The supporting staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the entire process. The Dr knew exactly what to say he made me laugh and took the necessary steps needed towards better health
I had an uncomfortable experience at this clinic on Friday 19 of December due to rude and aggressive behaviour from reception staff. The receptionist was polite to other patients, but her attitude changed when dealing with me. When I was leaving, she spoke to me in an aggressive tone with inappropriate facial expressions, which made me feel unwelcome and distressed. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this clinic.
