Staff was extremely rude and not welcoming. Didn’t want to tour because of the rain. It’s Georgia it rains everyday.
I had a great experience working with Cedrika! She was very helpful from the start and made the whole process of finding an apartment so much easier for me. Cedrika really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a place that fit my needs. She also moved quickly and made sure everything was ready for me to move in without any delays. I truly appreciate how professional, friendly, and efficient she was throughout the whole process. Thank you, Cedrika, for making it stress-free!
It's now been a year of residing at the Preston. I still love my apartment and appreciate the efforts of management to keep the property up. These efforts were instrumental in my decision to renew my lease. I appreciate the opportunity to renew the lease online which was a convenience. I feel safe here and that is important to me. An area I still see as a continuing need for attention is the litter and pet waste problem. My experience with The Preston management have been horrible. They made up an excuse not to give me my deposit or credit owed back to me. They overcharged me for water each month who's water bill is over $90 a month for one person and their security gate caused damage to my car and they tried to deflect by saying they could not find the footage.
