Maintenance was not concerned until the property manager got involved and then all of a sudden the issue was fixed within a couple hours, but before then we were SOL Friday-Tuesday.
By far the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I have notified maintenance, property manager(s), and whoever else we can get on the phone of this MOLD/LEAK ISSUE several times and even had someone from maintenance COME IN to view the problem in person and NOTHING has been done! It’s going on ALMOST 2 MONTHS now and my boyfriend is starting to experience difficulties breathing now and increased heart rates which prevent him from sleeping. I don't have good things to say. We were great tenants. Paid on time. Now can not get Management to return any calls or email about my mother refund on her deposit. Leave the apt in very good condition after renting one year. I hate I advised her to move there.
