Vehicle is 3 yrs old and bought brand new. Required over $600 of work. Got an oil change and Im not even sure they did one. Have nothing but problems with this group. Very disappointing
Paul in service today helped an unforeseen event. I was preparing to go on the highway and stopped at a nearby gas station for air. The air hose had a leak thus dropping my air amount even more. I went there in hopes of them allowing me to use their air hose. Paul not only added air to my tire he also ensured the other 3 were cool too. Above and beyond award to Paul today. Thanks !!!
Terrible service department. Would not recommend them to do any service on your vehicle as they are awful and unprofessional. Not sure where all the bad reviews went but here’s mine to replace the one that was up before
I purchased a 2011 Chevy Camaro convertible a one owner vehicle with 58,000 miles. I thought at the time it was a very nice vehicle until the first rainfall and found a puddle of water in the rear behind the driver seat, I went back to sales person that i purchased the car from and told him about the situation i was having and he basically to me that was my problem. He brought over a manager told him what was going on and he gave me a number of a company that i could call and see if they could repair the convertible roof whe... read more
