Nice people and waiting area.
I've been to other body shops and when I needed to get a deer hit fixed I took it here. Car came out great and the staff was great to keep me informed on the process. Highly recommend Preston for all your car needs. Despite some reviews I saw before making the appointment I understand that parts are terrible to get and time consuming that's everywhere right now. Great Job guys I will return if I need anything else done.
I was promised my car in 5 days and it is going on 3 weeks. No communication. I had to call every other day to see if I was ever going to get my car back. Still no response. This is the worst body shop I have ever needed. Even my insurance company called asking for the shop manager to call and update me and didn’t. I have purchased 2 cars from Preston.
