I took my 2023 Sportage in for rear collision repair, the shop had the vehicle for almost one month. I picked it up no problem, two weeks later my leftr brake light blew out. Now mind you I purchased this vehicle new so no one had ever been in the tail light cavity before. I took the vehicle in to have it looked at. Brought it a 2017 Civic for a rear-end accident. Complete mistake. They had the car for well over a month, as well as it needing to go to another shop in the middle of the process. I found my car sitting outside the shop the day they told me it was supposed to be moved and when I asked about it they said it was “miscommunication”. I never received any calls from them despite being told multiple times that they would reach out to me. Absolutely happy how my truck turned out. I had warranty paint work done, they took care of it and looks just like it came out of the factory. Great experience and highly recommend.
I’ve called numerous times to get a status of my vehicle. When transferred over it goes to voicemail then after leaving a voicemail. No one ever gives a call back. It has been about half a year dealing with this shop with no resolve.
I have called for months and have not been given any update on my vehicle. It have been seven months of trying to contact the dealership but when I call it goes to voicemail. When I leave a voicemail there is no return call. Hopefully this review is brought to someone’s attention. I’m probably not the only customer dealing with this issue.
