I’ve called numerous times to get a status of my vehicle. When transferred over it goes to voicemail then after leaving a voicemail. No one ever gives a call back. It has been about half a year dealing with this shop with no resolve.

I have called for months and have not been given any update on my vehicle. It have been seven months of trying to contact the dealership but when I call it goes to voicemail. When I leave a voicemail there is no return call. Hopefully this review is brought to someone’s attention. I’m probably not the only customer dealing with this issue.

Worst car experience I’ve ever had. Communication was terrible, was told updates are every Tuesday and Thursday. Not once did I receive a call I was the one who had to call to figure out what stage my car was in. My completion date was pushed back three separate times, understandable when parts take time to come in but I was told the car was “buttoned up and waiting for paint” I call a few days later and was extended another week and a half. I’ve had a positive experience purchasing my Toyota from Preston, which is why I chose their body shop—but this was a completely different experience. This is a 1.5 hour drive for us, and the process was difficult from the start. After getting a quote, we had to drive back just to sign paperwork in person—no option to email or electronically sign, which is hard to understand today. We were told parts would take a few weeks. I regret ever dealing with this place. They straight-up lied throughout the entire process and pushed a vehicle that turned out to be nothing but problems. They talk a good game, but once you sign, you’re pretty much on your own. The quality of what they sell is honestly terrible, and the whole operation feels shady and dark from start to finish. I’ve never felt so misled by a dealership. I strongly suggest going anywhere else.
