Knowledgeable service without sales pressure. Clear pros and cons for the alternatives proposed. I drove 30 minutes to get to the shop when alternatives were much closer, and I am definitely going to do it again for future maintenance and repairs.

Awesome service! I can’t imagine you’d find anyone that knows more about bike repairs than Bolton! He’s an expert, AND a great guy. His prices are more than fair. Very helpful guy just didn’t have what I was looking for
I had a great experience taking my bike for a tire repair with Bolton at Preston Bike repair. He repaired the tire on the spot while I waited. The price was extremely reasonable- must be less than half what I would pay in Issaquah or Redmond. He also sells used bikes- electric and regular. I would definitely recommend looking here if you are in the market for a bike at a good price.
