Appalling doesn't begin to describe the service. Ordered appliance in July and it's now 31 Dec with nothing. No communication from Jim, ignored emails and phone calls. Have just gone to the store and cancelled the order and in fairness, Con handled the cancellation and refund well. Definitely don't recommend and I'll never return to this store.
I had a positive experience. Paul installed and assisted me with superb customer service, offered me a better choice and deal for a better dishwasher and installed it on time and effectively for me. Will definitely be back for any other items here.
