This court appointed attorney has taken years to resell an easy estate. Since the inception , my cousins properties have declined, taxes not paid, suspect tenants paying rent to whom? Person property gone. Him I guess. The whole thing still not settled. He even tried to sell to an accountant partner for a big discount.
