Preston Automotive is the only place I will EVER take my car 2 when I have a issue with it. Matt is the most honest mechanic in the whole state of Michigan. As allot of u know when a women goes to get their car fixed they basically get screwed big time.... but not Preston Automotive. Matt and his entire crew care about their customers and their safety.... It's truly so hard to find a mechanic like u. Just so greatful 4 u and your entire crew as well
I took my vehicle to another shop because there was a rotating noise coming from the front and they said that it was the transfer case assembly which was a $4500 repair. I wanted a second opinion so based on recommendations, I took it to Preston. They did a diagnostics and it was the front axle that caused the noise. Matt showed me the axle and the issue. He was thorough and his communication was outstanding. He saved me a lot of money than the other shop. Highly recommended.

Found this spot via google, saw the reviews and honestly did NOT believe the hype but decided to take the leap of faith anyway. When I tell you, Matt and his staff are phenomenal. Honest and to the point. I took my husbands car for a check up, everything was good and he was so upfront about what could wait.
