Dropped my Gladiator under the Jeep corrosion warranty. almost 2 weeks and just got it back looking as good as new. They did an awesome job and even detailed the interior to really give it the new feel. Alison at the front desk was freindly and helpful. All around a great experience.
After reading many online reviews regarding corrosion on Wranglers, I took my Jeep to Preston Auto Body of Dover for warranty repair. The entire team could not have been better and kept me updated the entire time. They have the warranty process down to a science, and my car was returned in better condition than I could have imagined. Rob was fantastic to work with, completely addressed all of my concerns, and the shop provided a loaner vehicle throughout the repair. I’m very thankful that this was such a stress-free process.

Not a good experience and bad communication. Trusted the shop because I knew one of the managers (Parker who is my neighbor). After my car got broken into in April I brought it to Preston auto body of Dover and it sat for about 3 months with no updates (not one call the entire time) left exposed to weather without any crash wrap on my drivers side window, and was extremely poorly cared for and filthy. My truck was received for services back in December 2024. I was given a set date of 1/3/25 when my truck would be ready. Unfortunately, this date has now been changed several times (7 times to be exact) with a potential date of 2/11/25. I understand that my truck requires massive work due to the damages but this inconvenience continues and I have had to request off of work on the days they said it would be ready and have also had to make adjustments just so that I can get to and from work.
