We were very disappointed with our experience at this office. During our visit, the pediatrician spoke to us in a condescending tone and made us feel dismissed as parents. Instead of listening to our concerns or explaining things clearly, she spoke down to us, which was both uncomfortable and discouraging. Especially considering I am a nurse and understand healthcare very well. As parents, we want to feel supported and respected when making decisions about our child’s health. We had trouble finding a good pediatrician when we first moved to Ohio and we were lucky enough to find Dr. Preston. She was very kind and patient and listened to my concerns and opinions as a parent. I felt confident in her recommendations. I would recommend her to anyone.
