I went to the doctor for a while and they weren't great at answering phones but with covid it got horrible. I had an appointment booked for 8:50 in the morning. By 9:10 I didn't get a phonecall, so I phoned a few times. By the second call they answered and said they had already attempted to phone and I had no missed calls.
