Sam did an amazing job so we saw her over a month ago and we've had no fly issues since then. She came back this month and made sure to do a follow up for spiders, flies and wasps. She also made sure we didn't have any additional wasps Nests and made sure we didn't have any issues with anything else. I highly recommend presto x to do any type of pest control. I called Presto-X in June for an ant and spider issue. The technician came out fairly quickly and informed me that he would be able to spray the premises for our spider and ant problem. He kept saying I had a 21 day warranty meaning they would come out at any time throughout the 21 days and retreat if we were still having issues. When I originally called the company they actually told me it was 30 days not 21. The ant spiders came back within one week after treatment. Called to get a quote. The man on the phone was very unprofessional and actually laughed at me when I said that I was all set because I thought it was too expensive. I'm also not quite sure how he even came to that quote without having someone come out to see the issue. Needless to say I will never work with this company due to the lack of professionalism in that phone call and being mocked and laughed at.
